Counting on you guys

Folks,

Way, way back in September of 2013, I bought my wife an amazing surprise vacation for her 50th birthday. Due to a plague of misfortunes, including the death of her dad, the death of my dad, and having to care for a mother-in-law with severe dementia, we have had to keep postponing. Alas, we are leaving tomorrow. So, for the first time since I was six years old, I am missing opening day.

Since I will be in some backward-ass third-world country without proper coverage of American sports, I am counting on this forum to keep me up-to-date. Please have my back on this, guys.

Braves traded Freeman to Texas for Yu Darvish. The John's were quoted as saying "we would never get a pitcher of Yu's caliber if he was healthy so as soon as we heard he had TJ surgery we were on the phone with Texas".
