I hate him. I really do. There's nothing I resoect about that piece of **** and I think he's an embarrassment to the game. Fckn Dominican players aren't as bad as that cock sucker. Even though i liked what Hart did this offseason somewhat, decimating the bullpen wasnt one of them.

Would be nice to have at least two of Carp, Shreve, Walden, etc.

Although i can get the ManBan trade with his potential.

Yea but you don't deplete the BP though. We traded some really good arms down there for this sht show out there now. The position players deserve better than that today. No excuse in consistently being unreliable in later innings.

We certainly caught Harper at the wrong time. He is so hatable. I knew to expect it, but the arrogance he displayed in the post game interview is almost to the point of being embarrassing.

It isn't really the Man-Ban trade that has hurt us in that respect, it's the loss of Kimbrel, Walden and Simmons mostly. Shreve is a solid bullpen arm but he hardly pitched with us last year. And you won't convince me that including Carpenter within this bullpen would make a difference while Varvaro has already been DFA'd twice and is now in the minors (plus his velocity is down again and has elbow concerns). Further, Walden is hurt again so as good as he is he might be on the DL right now with us too.

That said, I thought Kohn was among our best bullpen arms despite his issues with walks but we sent him down despite no hits or runs allowed so far.

I hope signing him to a multi-year deal doesn't blow up in our face. He is getting older so if he comes back OK we need him to be effective and trade him at the deadline.
 
Didn't see the game but what is up with Theran? Maybe he lost his mojo because now he's on a sucky team? I'm just surprised.
