Glad to see Gomes didn't make it into four in a row.

I think I'd like to see Cunningham hitting ninth, however, to turn over that lineup.
 
With Utley Lite out, Cleverpork should be getting the bulk of the playing time. I think he could be a good 4th OF/platoon guy.

Yeah. I agree. Wish AJ could've kept his hot start boiling until the break.

I'd agree if this were July, but I think—given his hot start—the team still needs to see if Ne Plus Ultra can rebound a bit and build back some value as a potential trade-chip. I'm still hoping he can string together another couple hot, bleary-eyed weeks and fashion himself into someone a team with real desperation at the backstop—say, the White Sox—feel it's worth chancing.
