7/4/15: GDT - Philadelphia Phillies @ Atlanta Braves

I wouldn't give them away but if I got a top 20 org position player id do it.

Smith can play cf as can Perez.

3b we have guys who could fill it out for the year. We have cj.

I'm not shedding salary so I'm not giving anyone away. But I don't think both guys will continue at this level

What makes you think Uribe won't continue to be decent with the bat? He has been his whole career. And even if he isn't, his glove will remain fantastic. It would be hard to upgrade over Uribe at a reasonable price.

Judging by some of the posts in here, one would almost think that Niners made a new account. xD

What would you want for them ?

What good does winning an extra 10 games due ?

If you think Maybin is our cf of the future then fine. But he can't hit for a corner.

I'd prefer to keep them, and we'll probably pick around the 10-15 range or so. The farm is in good shape.

You cant just trade every player on the roster just to get rid of them.

The team can easily contend for a playoff spot next year with the right moves made.

Im not against trading anyone but i wont give them away for a ham sandwich.

An if you trade Maybin, who is replacing him, we're not signing Ces, Jason or Justin. And options after them are slim.

Bc he's old and eventually he won't. Dodgers know him well and just dumped him. I know they had a young stud coming up but it was still a dump job

And it's a sellers market projected. What if someone is desperate and we get a long term solution to a spot?

Sometimes Alex just loses his release point. Very dissapointing if he doesn't go at least 7 innings tonight.

No ones trading a long term solution for a 35-36 year old 3B so you can forget about that.

But Wood is an excellent starting pitcher I thought. He is getting hit pretty hard by the worst team in the game. Like I said he's okay for a 3/4 starter, but he's not a front end starter in any rotation.

3b and hitting are a prob for lots of teams. Top 20 prospects can turn out that way. If you get 6 cheap years of a power pen arm that is a long term piece.

Or maybe it's Juan plus grilli that fixes two holes for a contender

Didn't you also say that Correia is the type of pitcher that owns the Braves?
