Peterson is falling off offensively and defensively. He's only at +4 DRS and I'm sure that number was higher a month+ ago.

I'm not giving up on him at all but this is why we don't anoint young players after a good couple of months. Peraza should be given a chance to play at some point.

Yeah, when Jace was hitting .275ish and posting close to a .750 OPS it made good sense to leave Peraza down all year, but if he's posting a sub .700 OPS for the year Peraza should be getting a shot. Jace has had very solid defense this year but it's not like he's been a gold glover out there.
 
So stupid. We finally get something going and Uribe hits into a double play.

It's raining pretty hard though, no reason to be playing this one.
 
Why wasn't Folty given this work?

I thought the whole point of them sending him down to the minors was to get him innings and let him pitch while he took his lumps and yet we put this non prospect our there...I just don't get Fredi sometimes..I've never had as much as a problem as some with his managerial skills but to me this is the perfect time for him to pitch..
