If the Phils don't move Hamels in the next five days they've made a major mistake.

Him and Papelbon should have been moved long ago.

If Im a team interested in Hamels, Im less interested in him after a 130 pitch outing unless I plan to give him a little rest or limit his pitches over the next couple outings; which is significant bc he doesnt have all that many starts left this year.

Gattis isn't as slow as he looks, once he gets going he runs pretty well for a big man. He's is not as slow as CJ, Freeman or Mac for a few examples.
