Yankees just acquired Dustin Ackley from the Seattle Mariners, source said.

I've always wanted him in ATL.

Troll=stating facts, good to know.

What facts are you stating here? Do you think it's good we gave away a promising young, controllable arm for a guy who MIGHT hit 20-25 homers, but who's never had an at bat in the big leagues? Who's on the wrong side of 30, can't play defense and is injured?

Wood is promising if he stays healthy, yes, lot of people within the industry dont know if he holds up long-term though.

Worth the risk, still wish we got more in return and dont get giving up Peraza on top of it.

The thing is if we'd traded a Cuban who we signed this offseason but had been injured for a 24-year-old, pretty good starting pitcher and one of the other team's top prospects, we'd be popping champagne.

So the solution to the Wood risk is to trade him for someone who IS injured and can't play defense and hasn't even recorded an at bat? Not to mention is 30.

Looks like Soria to the Bucs.

Also, Cards WAY overpaid for Moss, thats a great deal for the Tribe.

No way should Moss cost THAT much.

Not sure why Tor is going for it with Price.

No pick if he walks this winter, puts alot of teams in play for him now with no draft pick compensation.

Smart of Detroit to sell though, had to be done for them.

AA knows this could be his last shot, Blue Jays Prez Beeston is headed out the door, so TOR going for broke. Makes sense.
