Girlfriend urged boyfriend to commit suicide

I remember reading about this a few months ago, but to see the actual correspondence presented? Turned my damn stomach.

Sick demented little twat.
 
I don't know the case, was she charged? If not, she should be and if not.......I cannot type the things I would done to her for pushing someone to kill themselves.
 
This sounds similar to that mental disorder some women have where they purposely sicken their own children to garner sympathy.

Only charged with involuntary manslaughter. Probably should be charged with murder, but I doubt they have legal grounds to seek that charge.

No way You could get a murder charge. It'll only take one person on a jury with the mindset of 'she is a bitch but she didn't actually do anything' to let her off

Well she didn't do anything that's murder charge worthy. She didn't actually kill him, it would be dangerous precedent if you could say something and get 25 years for it. Don't get me wrong, she's a horrible cunt, but being a terrible person doesn't make you a murderer.

the evidence is there for 2nd Degree homicide by prodding.

it won't fly, but the family of the victim is going to have a pay day for sure.

Sorry disagree. Murder has to actually involve the act of killing someone. Granted, she is a horrible person, I won't disagree with that and she should live as a pariah the rest of her life, BUT she didn't kill him. Sure she said some horrible **** and contributed to his death but didn't actually kill him. I would probably charge her with involuntary manslaughter. IT's the right call.

Shes really guilty of 'bullying' No different than every other case of bullying that leads to suicide.

It depends on the state. There have been people convicted of murder without actually killing a person or asking someone to. If the victim in the case is mentally challenged or disturbed then a person can kill them by convincing them to do something to themselves, because that person may not be capable to make rational decisions on their own. Obviously the kid who killed himself was in a dire mental state and needed help for his disorder.

I think this is one where probably in a few states they could have pursued murder charges.

She might do it again by the way. She needs to be in a mental hospital.

I agree she has many issues, but the reality here is it's not murder. If she insane as well, she gets insanity defense for murder.

It has nothing to do with race. This girl is a ****ty human being.

I have no problem with thieves going to jail. You know what happens if you don't punish thieves? They steal more and more. If that dude broke into your house you'd think he would had left with more than $5 worth of goods? Yeah
