Nah... the government can't tell a woman not to have sex.
Does being stupid come easy or did you have to try really hard to get to this level of logic?
Once she is does, the government should say she can't mutilate a human if she gets pregnant.
I know personal responsibility is tough in your world.
Again, what makes one a human, what makes one a human as defined by murder? You won't answer these questions because it would paint you into a corner where you say it's got the DNA, even if it cannot live outside of the womb. If a woman has a miscarriage should she be charged for involuntary manslaughter? Something she did while pregnant almost certainly lead to that miscarriage, so by your logic, she should be charged.
Nice little last quip there. Funny how people harp on personal responsibility when they're telling others what to do. Maybe personal responsibility is the responsibility of that person, not yours.
The hypocrisy in the law is nearly as funny as yours. If a woman who is 3 weeks pregnant wants to have the child, it's considered a precious human being and anyone who hurts it could be tried for murder or malpractice.
But the uneducated, irresponsible woman who doesn't want the child, can suck it out with a vacuum.
Makes sense[/QUOTE]
How is it hypocrisy? If I give away something, and someone steals something, in both scenarios I'm without the object, but they describe 2 entirely different things. Scenario A I didn't want it and gave it away, Scenario B I wanted it and someone took it from me. Stop being obtuse, though I'm starting to think that this is 100% the norm with you. Being wrong.
