I had a meeting in the morning so that means I stayed up and watched the game and got a couple hours sleep. It was worth it!

Then Royals lineup is the way all fans should want their team constructed. There is no real weak spot there. Really good team. As a fan, I like watching.

He's been hard to figure out since he's been with Kansas City. He comes up huge like Harang one outing and then he's Kawakami the next.

His mechanics are just asking for trouble. He's using them for deception but they're not efficient at all. He's got TJ or shoulder issues coming his way if he keeps it up. Unless he happens to be a rubber arm which does exist, but is ultra rare.

For reals. I love their team. I wanted Cain a long time ago, but I was laughed at for wanting to trade them Beachy for him. Apparently Cain wasn't that good according to gilesfan......

It occurs to me that someone like a Tim Hudson in his prime would be more effective against the Royals than a strikeout pitcher like DeGrom.

The other thing working in the Royals favor in this series is the Mets poor infield defense.
