What are the chances of Swanson playing 3B? I know he's a SS but maybe with Albies they intend Swanson to move to 3B?

Thinking more like in line of Albies moving to second and Riley taking over third in two years.

Let me look at this statistically

Inciarte defensively can handle all 3 positions, he should be starting CF or RF for us imediately. Hopefully we ****can Markakis now. Offensively he's kind of eh, walks pretty poorly, but doesn't strike out a lot. Has limited value.

Blair looks to be solid. Has decent stats.

No real stats on Swanson of any significance, but if he keeps doing what he did in his 99 PA last year, he'd be amazing. Obviously he has all the talent, I mean his scouting report from mlb.com comped him to Jeter. How insane is that?

It has the potential to be. This is what we needed though. Multiple quality players/prospects and not just filler. An up the middle of Albies/Swanson/Encirate could be really good in 2017/2018.

this is no time for contentious discussion. we all need to be celebrating and dancing in the chop country streets. this is exactly the kind of deal we needed to make, and the FO nailed it.

Need to keep Freeman. As is he's currently signed to a below market deal and should be good through most if not all of his contract while the young kids come up and get good.
