Jecki Lon Memorial Star Wars Thread

You're reaching bro. The actual movie leads us to beleive stormtroopers took Uncle Owen out. There is really nothing but random fan theories that suggest otherwise. You see stormtroopers checking out the escape pod and also looking for the droids in mos eisley. There zero reason to beleive they also weren't the ones looking for them at the Jawa's transport and then as the Lars'.

Yeah, Zeets is reaching to what he wants to believe.

Kind of like there are fans who still debate what the prophecy was when Obi-Wan flat out said to Anakin "it was said you'd destroy the Sith, not join them". Many still want to believe balancing was 2 jedi-2 sith at the end of ROTS. To Jedi, balance means no Sith, harmony in the force.

Doesn't matter what the reasoning was. He was ready to kill someone that he was arguably more closer with than Padme.

He almost killed Padme had it not been for Obi-Wan telling him to stop. He was force choking her.

TUrning one's wife =/= buying droids you didn't have anymore. Not even remotely comparable.

When did Stormtroopers do that much damage to someone? If they were dead, fine. But they were disintegrated leaving only their bones.

Again we have the important bit of Vader forcefully telling Boba no disintegrations.

But Vader did do that. There was no debate. Vader did bring balance to the force, he eliminated the sith. He just did it in a very roundabout way. What I think ANakin gave was that the Jedi Council was just as evil as the Sith. If you play extreme, Jedi COuncil was Soviet Communism, Sith were Nazi Germany. 2 different ideologies, but both mechanized to be exceptionally evil.

It's debatable whether Luke balanced the force, or Vader. I suppose Vader physically did so, but that couldn't have been without Luke turning him.

That's a stretch to say Jedi were soviet communism. They believed in a Republic and Democracy. Their concern was Palpatine staying in power too long.

Not necessarily the Storm Troopers, but Order 66.

They were burned. Burned =/= disintegration

Vader balanced the force. I mean Luke of course was part of the equation. But remember Luke was going to strike the emperor down but Vader stopped him. If Vader wasn't to bring balance to the force he would have let Luke kill the Emperor and he would have Become Luke's sith master.

I was comparing 2 real life ideologues of extreme evil. Jedi Council was pretty ****ed up. THey were pretty much the entire reason ANakin turned to the dark side "Be a robot, cause natural emotions will turn you to the dark side"

Eh, it's pretty much the same thing. Look up what disintegration really means. He separated their flesh and muscle fiber from the body. It's a form of disintegration.

I still think you are reaching. Every piece of evidence goes towards it being the stormtroopers. Being the stand alone film at the time that it was I don't see how you can believe they intended it to be somebody else.

Also I think most peoples meaning of the word disintegration is the complete destruction of an object into small particles. They were simply just burned. And the whole thing was likely a coverup from their normal actions just like the Jawa attack.

But why would they cover up? THey ruled tyhe universe? They were just about to blow up Alderaan? Why cover up?

I understand mind you the way it was portrayed as the stand alone. But when the universe expanded so did questions from the film. I mean watching the stand alone you wouldn't think Vader was a bad dude who was the emperor's right hand man, you'd think he was Grand Moff Tarkin's hit man.

Seem to forget was it Adi Gallia? Where they continue to shoot hundreds of times once she was already dead.

Just Googled, she was killed by Darth Maul's "brother" (forget his name off the top of my head) not a clone trooper. Watching the clip again, you're talking about Aayla Secura. ANd would you be as violent with a simple moisture farmer as you would with Jedis? I would think not.

Dude, they kept shooting over and over, and were probably shooting once the clip was over as well.

Might as well say they disintegrated her.

They were still shooting at her and Ki Adi Mundi's body when they cut to others. We can assume because we actually still saw them unloading that they'd keep shooting and shooting.

So your coincidental events are truth.

My events of troopers slaughtering an already dead body actually on film is grasping for straws.

No my truths are around the behavior of storm troopers in canon. They typically didn't just kill things and Vader would have certainly wanted to interrogate anyone with knowledge he needed.
