O's claim Terdo

Welp, I was wrong about him passing through waivers. The Braves were obviously good with it though, as these waivers are revocable. With the bench already full, the only chance for Terdo or Swisher to make the team would be an injury in Spring Training to someone like Freeman, Olivera, or KJ. So even now, Swisher is just injury insurance.

Also, we currently only have one candidate for the 60-day DL (Paco), so was going to be very hard for Terdo to survive the 40-man roster crunch and be optioned down to AAA (since we'll likely need to add several pitchers to the 40-man that are on MiLB deals).

He never really had a place with us, and wouldn't for the foreseeable future. He won't cut it in the majors as a corner outfielder due to his defense, and Freddie will have his natural position for a long while. Hope he finds success in Baltimore as a backup to Trumbo.
