Mike Foltynewicz likely to start the season on the DL; lost 20 lbs after injury

No need to rush. Just get him well.

I have said this other places.. The guy has options left... limit his innings..keep in AAA to work on command and off speed stuff, then he can be a late season call up when we flip some veterans.

Questions for some of the Baseball Geniuses.. how does this affect his arb clock. He didn't get a full year last year.. but can the Arb clock be stopped and started like this?!?

Yes, the arbitration clock can be started and stopped, as far as I understand it. But I am almost certain Folty will be in Atlanta once he's healthy.

Oh...then I don't understand your post haha. Were you just thinking out loud? 'I thought it could stop' suggested to me you were disagreeing with what I said.
