I think this is finally the year for the Falcons to trade back. Dimitroff hasn't done it yet. BUt if there was a year to do it, it's this one. Odds are the guy they get at 17 won't be a huge impact player. Of course that could all change we're not even in the draft season fully yet. But I think that trading back and takinga receiver later in the first round and getting a 2/3 or multiple picks is the smart thing to do. While everyone has them getting an LB, I don't think that is the wisest choice. Unless that LB is gonna step in and be dominant I think we're fine without a LB. If at 17 and impact WR, Safety, or DE is there we have to take it. If they aren't, let's go back to the drawing board move back and take one of those positions a little later and get another pick. There should be a good WR available there who would be a stretch at 17 and if we add a 3rd round or 2nd round pick that would be great. We could use that to build quality depth.
Want to see combine results first. THere's 4 WRs who're currently projected as top end being first round talents. I want the one who can be a physical and possession WR. I want Treadwell at 17, but that seems very unlikely.
