He threw like 106 pitches his first start this year, albeit in AAA. He didn't need to be removed there at all.

In his defense, he had been overused so I'd expect lesser results. Not just games pitched, warming up too. He finally got rest lately but probably because no choice due to fatigue.

Cervenka has the longest scoreless streak to start Braves career in history, congrats to him. BTW he never gave up an earned run in minors with us this or last year either. He just doesn't give up runs with us so far.
