You are so right. When the roles are reversed, they'll say there's no "clear evidence to overturn the call." I certainly saw no clear contrary evidence on that call. Total BS.
 
I'm liking what I'm seeing from Mallex. He's laying off pitches that would have struck him out just two weeks ago(low breaking balls) and making solid contact.
 
What? why can't Chacin get a shot finishing the 6th for a quality start? 91 pitches isn't a big deal for him, shoot he was over 100 his first start in AAA this year. Crazy.

Fredi is insane pulling pitchers every day like this.
 
I would like to see the replay extended.. it looked like when Mallex was standing, he left the bag and was tagged out.. But fox sports sucks kept harping on that one point in the replay..

Chacin implied that he didn't like being brought out early as have others too, just others unlike him have been pitching not as good when pulled. But Chacin ERA is higher due to multiple runs against from pulling him early and relievers giving them up when he had been pitching good. Now he loses another potential quality start due to same nonsense. No way he likes it and could hurt re-signing him as I desire if we keep it up.
 
Is that the first time this year EOF hasn't given up multiple runs/blown a lead? Signs of the apocalypse...

there is ZERO reason to bump Chacin.. he is building value and building very nicely. if Fredi would let him go six, he would have a better ERA as well..

Exactly. I can understand trading him at the deadline if offer is too good to pass up. But if they cannot see what they have in him something is not right here. Hopefully Bowman just being idiotic here.
