Notorious FOX pundit Bill O’Reilly has been denied custody of his children by a New York appeals court after they were convinced that he was unfit to care for them after a vicious domestic violence incident. His kids, a 12-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl, will stay with his ex-wife Maureen McPhilmy. The court ruling announced that:

“Viewing the totality of the circumstances, there is a sound and substantial basis for the Supreme Court’s determination that it is in the best interests of the children for the mother to be awarded primary residential custody. Particularly relevant in this case are the clearly stated preferences of the children, especially considering their age and maturity, and the quality of the home environment provided by the mother.”

The right-wing propagandist and shameless liar initially lost custody of his kids following O’Reilly’s horrific attack on his ex-wife; his daughter told a court psychologist that he “was choking her mom or had his hands around her neck and dragged her down some stairs.”

O’Reilly’s defense was a disgusting attempt to smear his wife in the typical Republican fashion, calling her an “adulterer” and trying to terrify his kids into staying with him, telling his daughter that “if she spends her time or more time at the mother’s home, it will ruin her life.”

The hypocritical “family man” has made misogyny a central part of his poor-shaming, slut-shaming, race-baiting television schtick. It gives us great pleasure to see him exposed for what he really is – a woman-beating monster who holds a huge responsibility for the wave of anti-intellectualism and racism that has given rise to Donald Trump.

And I"m supposed to "believe" him how? I used to listen to him/watch him fairly regularly but haven't in a couple of years anyway. There's no doubt I wouldn't want to be married to any of these big name media or political types. You and I can talk and agree or disagree but always be civil to each other, once people's egos grow to Jerry Jones/Jimmy Johnson levels it's usually best to just walk away.
 
my point is he was on TV every night ( 15-20 years ? ) telling people what a liar she was or how she lacked spontaneity or she was a witch-lesbian or anything else and it is so burned into the culture.

I am curious why you would so off the cuff accuse / suspect her of lying about, child care ?

I trust her as much as I ever did, which is very little. Did I say I trusted Trump? Rafael? I think Bernie is sincere but he's lying to himself if he thinks he could ever do all the stuff he talks about. At least I believe he is a relatively honest fellow. Hillary has changed positions more often than a porn star, but so has Trump.

Where things that happened in real life are given more credence than rumors and half truths or simply things that are made up and repeated over and over.

Guess it goes back to WMD. Where the reality of the situation was at direct odds with reality on the ground.
I disagree with Ron Paul on a wide range of topics. Doesn't mean I have to delve into his personal character and make dispersions.

I see HRC / Sanders , according to their past works and voting record, nominating SCOTUS Justices that align closest to my life

Trump rhetoric, lack of voting record , public conversation amongst his peers and his business past lead me to believe ------------ not so much. Loose cannon I believe is the pirate phrase

With that said you'd better pace yourself with this level of Hilldog defense, remember presidential races are marathons, not sprints and all that stuff the Repubs have ignored from Hilldog's rabid supporters in the primaries against Bernie will be front page news everywhere if she tries them against the Donald. Remember he only likes shady deals if he's the beneficiary of them and don't make me use my Lord of the Rings quote about either Hilldog or Trump (since they both tend to deserve it IMO).
 
what can Trump say that hasn't already been said ? She seems to have weathered every storm thrown at her, like I said, from sexual innuendo to complicit in a murder, to smuggling drugs to ... Bear in mind how right wing media painted Michelle Obama 8 years ago, " angry black woman ". Plus I don't think mainstream right wing media have their hearts all in it this time around. Funny thing here is, HRC has worn them down. That is pretty funny when you think of it. She has outlasted Glen Beck and the Wall Street Journal
 
Dang, POTUS must really actually despise HRC. With the stunt he's pulled with gender-identity & restrooms/locker-rooms, all he's doing is fueling Trump's bid.
 
I got it, Hillary should name Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as her VP. Whats Trump going to do, argue he is a celebrity with no political experience?

Trump could beat her, but what will determine the outcome is who shows up at the polls. Which is why Bernie for the Ds would be an almost for sure win, cause moderate dems won't vote Trump most likely, and moderate reps won't either. Odds are that they just don't show up and it seems that's better for the dems.
 
In light of reported Trump debate strategy, wondering if HRC calls BS and says such a forum is beneath the dignity of the office they each seek.

I believe The Rock is a Republican. What's George "The Animal" Steele doing? Sgt. Slaughter would firm up the military vote. Possibilities are endless.
