GDT 5-11-16: Braves vs. Phillies

Well, nevermind that now. Perez responded well to the HR though, that's good. I was thinking if that stays in the park Inciarte will catch it. Oh well.

Perez still hitting 94 mph too, did twice that last AB. So not losing velo at all.

I'm already tired of being jerked off about how awesone the real estate development around CommercialBank Field is gonna be.

Guess what? There's going to be a MICROBREWERY. Brought to you by MillerCoors, which just screams "microbrew."

I've also thoroughly resented the vacant gestures and lame lip-services to "celebrating" the Braves' twentieth and final season in Turner Field—always tinged with a heavily fabricated, thickly-laid-on notion that this whole thing is something that's "happening" to the Braves, an exterior event to which the team must merely bow (as opposed to a very intentional, highly calculated—and by no means unequivocally necessary—design on the part of management).

Another good one: From some spots in the upper-deck, if you squint, you can almost make out the lights of downtown!

Perez is on tonight, still hitting 94 mph this late with the low pitch count. Despite the homer, this is about as good as it gets with Perez.

Baby Harang gonna be yuge tonight. Might be a little tired flying all the way from Rochester but I'm sure he packed a good meal for the flight.

Good call
