GTD: braves at pirates new era begins

I think Garcia is better than both. I wasn't saying sign Garcia to an extension. Just saying he's better than some of our guys currently here

He's never liked Garcia man, he was saying the same when Garcia was hot hitting over .300 with an .800 or so OPS. He has his mind made up.

I don't like Garcia because he has ZERO plate discipline...and yes WAS hitting .300...I thought you hated using batting avgs as a measurable anyway..

I'm sick of his inability to hit a d@mn curveball and his inability to layoff of them as they roll around the LH batter's box. But, in comparison to what we have now...fck it...bring him up.

I don't hate noting someone average, I just don't like it when someone misuses such stats. Also, I didn't just use his average, I pointed out his OPS being a little over .800 back then too. Further, I agree with nsacpi on using him mostly vs lefties as he's did best vs them historically.

Fair enough.

Wouldn't be completely against giving Rio Ruiz a sniff either.

Glad they didn't run on Inciarte, not because his throw was off. It was fine. I am just afraid it would've went through AJP legs, lol.

I would be. He's experiencing the inevitable fall that was always going to come. His OPS is now not far over .700 and will likely drop even further. He still needs some time to develop and should spend this entire year in AAA, at least.

Yea, I warned of that being likely with him given his track record. Kid can look amazing a month and then lost just as long or more after that. Hopefully he gets going again soon this year.
