Game of Thrones

She's still not as ugly as book Brienne, but they got her closer than I expected.

I quit reading halfway through the fourth book, but the way Martin described her you're undoubtedly right. I think the cast Christie because she goes about 6-3.

Idk about best episode ever but it was fookin fantastic. Tormund going Rick Grimes on bitches.

I thought the big fight scene was very Lord Of The Ringish. Right when the heroes are about to die in battle, we hear a horn than troops on horseback coming to help them and save the day.

I didn't see that death halfway through the episode coming.

Finale should be interesting. Lots of things to do still.

It really should be; I'm excited about the extended runtime, as well as the many threads that were untouched in s06e09. However, I do have a bit of trepidation: certainly Argh-Argh et al must extract their pound-of-flesh from somewhere, somehow excruciating the audience, after the relative apogee of fan-favorite triumps that just occurred.

Hot damn what an episode. Just catching up.... Not sure I've been so satisfied after a show ending in a long long time.

SO excited can't wait. Director who did S6E09 said S6E10 is every bit as epic as last weeks, but in a different way. I think we may see LSH!

And, after a lot of things half-expected or mostly-feared, some legitimate shocks. Tommen's defenestrative seppuku was brilliantly sudden, and left-fielded as ****.

Meanwhile, the Family Frey deaths—totally lifted out of Titus Andronicus, such as they were—ended up more expected, but nonetheless quite satisfying. And the brewing divisions between Jaime and Circe are ripe for the exploration next season.

Lastly, I have to say I really liked hearing the King in the North again.
