Not really. IFAs aren't really factored heavily until they come stateside and have proven themselves .

He is right though. These guys won't really factor in the farm this year. Plus other orgs are getting good talent. I am happy today and our period goes on until next June. So there will be more.
He'll still likely only be just inside the top 100, he's not going to move the needle much for being the top farm system. Not that we won't have the top farm system, but he's right that it won't be because of this IFA class.
What are you talking about? I was just stating a fact. 16 year olds are too far away to factor prominently in rankings. That's just a fact.

He won't move the needle a ton, but he will absolutely be factored in. If anything, it will at least be as a 'The Braves have the top farm system, and adding talent like Maitan makes that gap even wider.'
Not worried about him. Based on his scouting reports, I'll be pretty surprised if he ever becomes much.

we were consensus before the haul IMO. I know people rate talent differently, but we are so loaded and are depth is insane
I'd imagine we will hear that statement or close to it a few times this offseason. yep.

MLB clubs have been told they cannot negotiate with the Red Sox prospects and probable prospects yet... the Union is making sure they have agent representation first. So there's still a small chance there. Otherwise, there are still a handful of top guys not linked with any one specific club. I'd like to see Vladimir Gutierrez, but its likely a pipe dream.
I imagine they will likely still sign a handful of less expensive guys - players in the 200-400k range
