9/1... Going for sweep vs padres

A.J. has been activated from the DL, but I haven't read anything else.

Bradley, AJ and Withrow are the only ones so far. I heard a blip that they are going to wait until after playoffs (minor leagues) to make additional moves. Losing Bradley will hurt Gwinnett's team..

Not a lot of other guys on the Gwinnett roster make a ton of sense. My guess is Jenkins will be back at some point and Hursh probably gets another look. Maybe Castro from the hitters.

I really hope we don't waste this last stretch of games starting aj. I wanna get flowers and recker out there every game from here out. Well start aj the last game and let that be his braves' farewell

We might need him to catch the Twins. He might be our savior after all.

Dont the advanced stats' guys say to put the best hitter 2nd?

Yes. The completely optimized lineup (and by that I mean 0.01 more runs per game) would be something like this vs RHers:

Jace/Ender (whichever you believe truly has the best on base skills, not the "hot hand")
Freeman (the best hitter, which will never happen in Atlanta, so I never bother)
Kemp (3 hole is less important than 2, 1, and 4 spots)
Markakis
Flowers
Ender/Jace
Garcia
Pitcher
Swanson

It does but in the end the difference isn't that big of a deal. The real issue with most traditional lineups is you put the speedy guys at the top regardless of how well they get on base.
