Am I crazy to think that Perez could hold down the bottom of the rotation for us next year. Ever since struggling really early in the year his velocity has been way up and he's looked pretty good. I know he still has to prove it but I wouldn't hate him starting in the rotation next year.

Maybe. He won't sniff the rotation in 2 years. But next year could be a stop gap.
 
Swanson seems to have gotten his defense legs under him too. Was -1 DRS early on but now up to +1. Kid's gonna be a keeper I think.
