9/6 GDT Braves vs Nats, Swanson homers!

I just tuned in and . . . guh.

I enjoyed the replay of Swanson's HR. I particularly liked that he hit it hard enough to have gotten out of the park, and that he allowed himself a little handclap but then dusted off and jogged back to the dugout with a minimum of fuss. I say that not to be anti-fun, but because I think it speaks well of his recognition that he has a long way to go and a lot to prove, and in general of his not coming off like an entitled bonus baby prick.
 
Chipper's first HR against the Mutts. Dansby's against the Nuts.

Not that I expect anyone to be Chipper, but it's a good sign to see Dansby strike against our enemy.

I don't even care about losing. We need the losses.

Big picture, next year will be better. I can feel it.
