9/10 GDT: Mets vs Braves awful bullpen

Ever since Dansby hit rock bottom and someone posted that as proof he wasnt ready he has been on fire. 4 multi hit games in a row. I think people get too caught up in stats. They see his overall stat line at AA and think it can only go down because he is moving up to a higher level. Thats not how it works. Sometimes players get worse results because they are working on something specifically. Generally its a weakness so they get worse results. I am pretty sure Dansby was working on something and was told dont worry about the results your coming up when Aybar is traded or at the worst September. The traveling conditions are much worse. Cole Hamels couldnt stay healthy in the minors and has been a model of durability in the majors. I remember the Twins not bringing up Matt Garza from AAA because although he was dominating at AAA he wouldnt use his breaking ball. Garza goes back to AAA and puts up like a 4 ERA because he has to develop that pitch and it appears on the surface he regressed when in reality there was more going on. We dont know everything that goes on behind the scenes. There is so much more to all this than stats.
