Has any candidate ever called the other 'the Devil' during a debate? Just makes himself look bad.
 
I think Trump's doing well tonight. Really hitting her hard. It's how he started last debate, can he finish? I'm a bit behind on dvr so maybe he's already blown it.
 
Why do they have to hold microphones?

Trump speaks as if Hillary wrote the tax code and has been running the government for 30 years.
 
I think he's a doing a little better than last time. She's not doing as well, but hasn't really said anything bad. It's all still a clown circus though.
 
I think Trump is winning the debate pretty handily. I don't think it's enough to change the needle though. He's just too far behind and has more stuff coming his way. It depresses me because literally any other candidate would've beaten her.
 
Aren't moderators supposed to be unbiased and simply ask questions and control the debate from an organizational standpoint? Not team up against one of the candidates and debate against them. Could this debate have been anymore left slanted?

Anderson Cooper is just sitting there thinking, wtf was Martha Raddatz doing. She legitimately debated Trump on that last question.
 
Probably the most important thing Trump did tonight was rally his base. But again, Idk that it makes any difference one way or the other.
 
This was reasonably the worst Hillary could've done tonight and the best Trump could've done. I don't think it will change things though. Hillary literally had to have a coughing fit to lose this debate when it relates to the election. Trump will hang in there after tonight though. He's got a severe wound, but he's not dead.

I still think his sole best chance to win is to continue pounding away at the whole trade/NAFTA/manufacturing job loss thing. White angst, I guess that's the new buzzword, can be a tremendous motivator at the polls.

Thought it was interesting but not surprising how he kind of threw Pence under the bus.

I think it's over barring something crazy. He won the debate, but that only means he'll hold onto Georgia, Ohio and North Carolina. He's done when it comes the Hillary leaning states which he has to win one of those.
 
I thought he should've hammered Hillary more on Bill's sexual assaults and her role in covering them up. She refused to acknowledge them, in essence, covering them up again.
