Heyward just can't stay inside the ball. He casts his top hand out around the ball on every single swing. He works on staying inside on all his warmup swings and it just doesn't carry over to his actual swings.

Yep. I like it. He purposefully took him out earlier than he perhaps otherwise would have in Game 1, and he wasn't really stressed at all in that one. So he should be ready, and going against Lackey instead of Lester gives the Indians better odds of winning it. And if they do win it, the series is all but over.
