2016 Election Coverage: Aka Every Way You Look at it You Lose.

Yes... Obama was perceived as a massive outsider... he turned out to be a complete phony of course.

And the market was over the place then anyways due to housing crisis

THe crisis happened and the market was rebounding IIRC going into the election, and the BOOM it crashed.

My point is clear, Trump is also bought as Obama was. There were some chances that maybe he wasn't bought, but people rejected that.

The reason this is happening is because Hillary was supposed to be a slam dunk. She had poll leads that hadn't existed in an election like this. Bush never had them over Gore, Obama never had them over McCain.

What we're seeing here is a number of things happening and the uncertainty is what scares the elites. Not Trump but the people who voted for him and their unpredictableness.

Thats possible but even if its a few 100K jobs nationwide its helpful.

Helpful yes, but the reality is that you can't build your future success as a nation on past methods of economics. In the world we live in 3D printing is beoming a huge thing. It's small now, but when it gets cheaper and better you won't need chinese laborers to make your iPhone, it is easier because of supply pipelines now, but when you can build the supplies on site the cost of shipping and whatnot will for sure outweigh the savings in produciton. Where we need to move as the US is into a marketplace that favors small businesses. Be them online businesses or instore. Ditchign corporate juggernauts is the key as the marketplaces and smaller people making goods are the future.

Why should we be surprised that the experts who missed everything in the Republican primary made the same mistake in the general election. Pretty much like a weather man who can't forecast rain even though he got wet driving to work.

DOW down over 800 points...

sheesh, tomorrow's gonna hurt the wallet.

Can't decide if I should make a plunge or hold off
