President elect has 2 court dates. One for fraud the other for rape.

Let's deal with the first which is scheduled to begin November 18.

In that case the defendant question the judges ability to judge based on the nationality of the judges parents - said judge has recommended out of court settlement

Question.

Has a sitting President ever had to settle out of court for Fraud ?

While our resident BB&M were inscounced in the appearance of impropriety of the Clinton Foundation

they obviously (c0nveniently) overlooked an actual case of wrong doing

I see steak sauce as one of the babies that signed the petition at change.org to try and get the electoral college to change their vote.

Most politicians would fall in those categories.

T is much, much worse. He not only knows how to use the dark arts of politics but isn't afraid to use them. All that talk about guarding the voting stations likely supressed the turnout just enough. It didn't take much. A little Oct email surprise by way of an FBI headfake from Comey and then some straightforward bullying tactics is all it took.

DailyMail published a story the day after the case was dismissed quoting a source who said that information had emerged confirming that Trump was not involved and that Johnson (the victim) had basically been pushed to suggest it was Trump who raped her. When she first came out against Epstein years ago she said she couldn't remember exactly who assaulted her.

Obviously, you can question the living daylights out of the reputability of DailyMail (although, it's worth noting that they had a reporter in both press pools this cycle) but I think the Guardian tells you most all you need to know here. And then there's the fact that the lawyer representing Johnson was Gloria Allred's daughter.
