At least BJ has looked good in his career... Schafer has looked good... never. And this year's tiny streak when he did well before his injury does not count... ridiculously small sample size. And to say BJ was only good 5 years ago is ridiculous even for you. His second half was fantastic last year. Even if he hits .240, his defense and speed make up for it. He's had a tough year. I fully expect him to reverse fortunes with a fresh start next year.
Unfortunaltely BJ hasn't been a good defender lately either.
He's hitting .182 and is below a replacement level player. Maybe he can figure out something next year
