It's interesting though that many - if not most - of the powerful leaders/figures in the Bible (Moses, David, Jacob, John) all were equally flawed. Evangelicals widely embrace the concept of redemption, so it's not at all hard to see where this notion of Trump being used as a vessel stems from.

I believe the two mentioned specifically were Jesus (all good, no bad) and Herod (all sucky, no redeeming qualities except he apparently had really cool hair and a super looking beard)
