Texans had one of the best defenses in all of football. Sure their passing game is atrocious, but their D is legit.

Titans beat the Packers, Lions, Chiefs, Broncos, and Dolphins. But somehow they're a ****ty team. Lulz.

Colts were mediocre.

Jaguars were ****ty.

I can certainly buy that the Titans are an okay team, but the Texans are freaking awful.

I wouldn't call them awful, but they certainly aren't good either. I'd call them average. They won a weaker division and were rewarded with a home playoff game. Their defense is really good. Their offense is really bad putting them somewhere in the middle.

Yup. Texans lucked themselves into the playoffs against division opponents.

Put any NFC East team in that division and they run it because they start out 6-0

And lost to the Chargers, Colts, Jags *by 21, Texans.

I could buy someone saying Titans were close to average. Houston, Jax, and Indy were awful.

In no way shape or form were the Texans average. THey had a borderline top 8ish defense, the worst special teams in the NFL, and a putrid offense.

Lost Mariota midway through the Jags game (but you claim the Jags are soooo talented anyways). Colts and Texans, again, aren't awful teams.

An 8-8 football is average. I believe the Texans went 9-7. You are what your record is.

The merit of your season isn't always indicated by your record. Some teams have amazing luck (Lions) some have **** (Eagles)

The Jags...are talented. Outside of QB, which is pretty important.

The Titans were down 25-10 when Mariotta went out.

I don't care about luck and nobody else does either. You win 9 games you are a 9 win football team. You win 6 games and you are a 6 win team. I don't think there is a better to to indicate how good/bad a team is other than their win loss record.
