There's not 1 chance in 10 these threats came from "the left", although it might be some mischievous teenager. With Trump and the entire governmental apparatus changing there's simply nothing for the Jewish community to gain.



Regardless of where they came from, the report will probably encourage the real thing. When churches are burning and swastikas are showing up on synagogue walls are you guys still gonna blame "the left"?

The placement of your paranoia boggles my mind. A narcissistic, fascist dictator wannabe is moving into the White House and you guys are still scared of aggressive lesbians.

Who exactly are these scary people on THE LEFT that you are so afraid of? Hipsters? A snarky clerk down at the courthouse? I only ask because I have actually attended a KKK recruitment meeting back in another lifetime and met honest to God scary people who owned a roomful of guns and were itching to use them. These people and their twisted minds truly make me fearful.

Who are the groups on the left equal to the right wing militias, the Neo-Nazis and guys walking around town brandishing automatic weapons??? Please tell me. I want to know what you think a scary lefty looks like. All I can see are a few interracial couples and some women who don't shave their underarms.
 
I think we should wait for at least one verified claim of a hate crime from the right after this election cycle as opposed to making up wild unsubstantiated stories. I know the left loves their fake news right now but the public isn't buying it any more

Isn't extreme dictated by current conditions and not precedent? I mean freeing the slaves mist have been considered extreme in the early 1800s.

True, although freeing slaves is consistent with the spirit if not the letter of our founding documents. Without ascribing rightness or wrongness of those policies, I'm just stating that they ARE extreme, in context.

But what context? The one where over 99% of teorrism deaths are perpetrated by Muslims? It's not as if this potential ban comes from nowhere. Whether you agree with it or not is one thing but there is a basis for discussing it.
