Sunday braves at phillies

Only bad thing is that they should have began mixing the fastball back in (that's on Suzuki). They came up looking for off speed in the 7th...literally sitting on one pitch. Two of those hits were pretty great...not even strikes.
 
I just love using our most valuable pinch runner and one of our few bench guys to bunt in a tie game that could easily go to extras....Oh, and it's something that Folty or even Julio could've come in to PH and do...

I guess there's part of a reason of why Snitker has an under .500 record as a manager in the minor leagues.

Didn't you get the memo? Leadoff hitters have to be fast. It's more important than silly things like getting on base. Don't want a slow poke like Markakis clogging up the bases.

I was never for him honestly, so of course I am using anything stupid he does against him. I was for a fresh mind who was into Sabermetrics..... unfortunately, if things turn, it looks like Ron Washington would be our manager -- another old guy who manages like it's the 1980s or 1990s.
 
Wow braves bench 2 for 26. People can **** on the team as a while but the ****ty bench and back end of the pen is what will cost us the season. There is no excuse for this ****ty bench.
 
And game over. Tell me I'm wrong, but I've never seen a team with as little edge as this one. They're so insanely dumb when it matters the most.

I have given up on getting a manger that will manage the way I want. It's just never going to happen.
 
I liked the idea of giving him a chance, but I think it might be time for a complete managerial change. Nothing has changed with this team or it's major league direction.
