5/21 Game thread: Braves vs. Nats

Don't blame Strasburg for being pissed. Looked like he had Dansby struck out on that 2-2 pitch. It was much better than the first pitch strike called on Inciarte.

Can't figure out why anyone would throw Dansby a fastball

He would see sliders after curveballs after sliders from me all on the outside of the plate, No way I give him anything middle in that is a fastball.

Strasturd must had a brain fart letting our K leader getting solid wood on him.

Dansby didn't miss that one by much but then neither did Harper. Swanson took advantage of a missed third strike call IMO.

Breaking ball located there is hard to get called a strike because while it might cross the plate in the zone, it's caught outside it. Catcher didn't do his pitcher any favors either.

His ops is close around .875 for the month. You're really letting your Swanson hate show through.

So Koda Glover is a lot younger than me and was a baby when I left, but we went to the same grade school and grew up a couple of miles from where I lived. He comes from a town called Monroe, OK which has a population of less than 200 people. Tough for me because he is on the hated Nationals, but hard to not root for him.

Kemp completely sucks on defense--pay no attention to the nice play he just made. (Yeah, I know the Kemp haters will just say he made a routine play look far more difficult than it really was.)

I'm an Okie, too, and I hope we light up Glover.
