The Trump Presidency

It's in It Takes A Village: the Clintons used unpaid prison labor as house-servants during their time in the Arkansas governor's mansion. It might not be "slave labor", depending upon your definitions, but it's not good, either.

57 won't address this

what is there to address. 30 years go prison labor worked in the Arkansas Governors mansion.
It was practiced in Arkansas until -- I don't know, do they still do it ? Did Clintons predessor or successor have prison labor ? I don't know

30 years ago Donald Trump (who actually this thread is named after) stiffed sub contractors and swindled contractors in Atlantic City.
Less than a year ago Donald Trump payed out $25M in a settlement of a fraud charge for targeting veterans in a fake college scam.

Some things change with time
Some don't
...................

Huddie Ledbetter was pardoned due to working the governors mansion while a prisoner in Angola Prison.

Pretty sure it was a common practice in the South. Might even still be i places.
One of the Rockefeller brothers was Governor of Arkansas. Lord know, they didn't need slave labor.
History will tell you how the Rockefeller family helped fund civil rights movements of the 50's and 60's.

A little context would be in order

So i'm supposed to shake my fists about stiffing a contractor for doing a bad job, but I'm suppose to not care about using slave labor.

Just keeping track.

It does the soul good watching you embrace the cause of Prison Reform.

Will you be donating money for legal defense or spend time counseling ?
Certain there are a number of Gay Black inmates -- perhaps you and AA can buddy up

I embrace, donate to, and volunteer for candidates who support individual liberty.

I just think that life and pursuit of happiness share equal billing with liberty.

I'm sure you agree
.......................

I also think you and your buddies should move on from the Clintons.
They are no more relevant to today's political landscape than Barbara Streisand or Ted Nugent.
Or Mitt Romney or John Kerry
for that matter

Running headlong into the late 19th century.

'First New Coal Mine of Trump Era Opens in Pennsylvania'

To the first numbnuts that wants to educate by saying this is creating or restoring jobs.
There is data showing Arbys alone employs more people than Coal
Friggin Arbys !! Who eats there ?

going to roll back Cuba improvements this week

no reason to do this other than spite

****ing stupid to not try to better relations instead we are leaving a vacuum for the Chinese to come in and get even more influence on the island 90 miles off our border for no reason than hating the black man that made fun of ya at a corespondents dinner

****ing pathetic meeting by an egomaniac

Can you imagine anything more sickening than serving the insane delusions of an incompetent, narcissistic dictator wannabe?

It wouldn't be so bad if he actually had any skills other than empty self-promotion.

The optics are bad but I'll bet it was the most cherished job in prison.

In case you were wondering why John McCain was frequently nothing more than "very disappointed" and "deeply concerned" by Trump's actions.
