6/22 GDT: San Francisco Giants (27-47) vs. Atlanta Braves (33-38)

It's not if people have been claiming the offense has been good the majority of the season because that is simply not true.

I sure don't know who said the Braves offense would be good.

You were the one that was adamant that it would not be average or middle of the pack, but BAD.

Don't be changing your story now.

What are you talking about? There are people that think the Braves have a good offense. Statistically speaking that has not been the case this season. They were squarely below average until their series with the Giants. What that has to do with my prediction of them being a bottom 3rd offense at the start of the season I have no idea.

I think everyone knows you're pulling for a collapse in July. Hope you're disappointed

Just pointing out the Braves have had the easiest schedule in baseball to this point and it's going to get a lot tougher in July. I feel the team record is a little inflated due to that.

FF was 2.6 fWAR in 37 games.
Adams is 1.1 fWAR in 62 games.

Not sure that's equal

Offensively.

Freeman was a 202 wRC+... but that was unsustainable... he's probably a ~150 wRC+ type hitter.

Adams has put up a 151 wRC+ since being with the Braves.

Meaning, the Braves OFFENSE hasn't lost much since Freeman went down

This is the best spin I have seen all day.. And that includes stalking Enscheff at his salsa lessons with his Australian partner. Nothing like using the word 'probably' when making a comparative statement.
