There was a severe shortage of the letter J in the Dominican Republic which resulted in Yunior Severino, Yefri Del Rosario, and Yoeli Lopez. Maybe Sesame Street borrowed the letter J and didn't bother returning it.

Jasseel de la Cruz has piqued my interest. One rough inning today in which he gave up a bomb, but he's been solid in the GCL both last year and this year. Third-year pro, so he could find himself in Danville soon if he keeps throwing well.

Frustrating inning for Allard in the third. Should have been out of the inning with no runs, but an error, followed by an infield hit, a bloop allowing two runs, then a grounder that found a hole allowed another. Three unearned runs.

A bit of a mixed bag tonight, but his stuff is as good as I've read and heard. Did walk the first batter on four pitches, but recovered after that. Should have had no runs tagged to him, but an error kept the inning alive. Did look a bit frustrated after the three runs scored, but finished well in his last two innings

Ended up 4-5. Kid is simply unreal.

Even the out in his first at bat was hard hit. The last hit struck the pitcher it appeared around the ankle. He stayed in, but it hurt him. Everyone in the stadium went "ohhhhhh".

Acuna is as good as advertised from what I have seen this week.

Overall I think the MS team is weak defensively. Ibr seen several of their games this year were weak defense has prolonged innings. Our AA pitchers are putting up good numbers with a weak defense backing them. Just imagine Allard and sorokas stats if Dansby, Albies and Camargo were playing behind them.
