It most likely makes no difference; but if we're gonna use wisler, start him. He has proven without a doubt that he can't be a relief pitcher.

Does anyone know how Zack is so effective with such sub par velocity?

It starts with command. 7th lowest BB/9 in baseball. He's also had the 11th most effective change and 19th most effective slider among qualified starters. You can pitch well with sub par velocity if you do other things very well.

I wasn't happy with the 2nd or 3rd year of neck either. I would love to just give him to an American League team.

EVERYONE said the 4th year was likely going to hurt. But he wasn't going to sign for 3, soo....

its like you haven't seen how FA contracts play out that often? or either you want to toot toot your horn or Ensheffs.
