And that's what we need to be thinking. Though if we can't start scoring more consistently, it might be a rough time for us up in D.C.

Well, we do avoid Gio and Zimmerman, and possibly even Strasburg as well.
But they are scorching hot right now.
Hopefully we can win tommorow though.

With the winning streak they were thinking they had a good shot at the WC. Even one win will hurt them. A series sweep would be devastating.

Medlen with a great outing. He had great movement on all his pitches and has looked like the guy that was so good last year. FF is just a monster and he is as deserving of the NL MVP as anyone else as of right now. Would like to of seen more runs scored but like Paul Byrd said I would rather the offense struggle now then two weeks from now so that is a positive way to look at it. I think there is no reason not to have Medlen start game 1 of the play-offs for us. He has been really good the past several outings and really since the AS break. He's only walked 9 batters since the AS break after scuffling the first part of the season.
