Just looking at basic statistics and on-base percentage, here is the Braves current lineup and how they rank with OBP compared to the current lineup.

3rd
7th
1st
5th
2nd
8th
4th
6th
9th

In going to strictly OBP lineup from best to worst using the current players in the lineup, it would look like this:

Freeman 3B
Markakis RF
Inciarte CF
Suzuki C
Kemp LF
Camargo SS
Phillips 2B
Adams 1B
Foltynewicz P

I would make a couple of slight changes to that lineup, but I much prefer that lineup much to the one Snit makes out pretty much every night. I did not realize that Foltynewicz is 0-28 on the year with 0 BB and 18 K. I know he's a pitcher, but he does need to spend some time in the cage.

Folty made a 2 strike mistake to Pollack and wasn't close against Goldschmidt but the 2 strike fastballs to Lamb and Martinez were beautiful. Both painting the outside corner at 97 and 98.

Is it bad that I hope Camargo sucks for awhile so that Swanson can start again? You don't get out of a slump by sitting. You have to play your way out of it.

Yea, that's bad.... A "slump"? If you consider a 4 month so-called "slump" a "slump" then okay. I just plain think he either, A... isn't quite ready as people hoped to be an everyday player in the big leagues... OR B, he's just not as good as people projected him to eventually be. Whichever.

But Camargo has MORE THAN earned his right to be given a chance to start for this team

Whatever the case, I want what helps this team win ballgames

He either needs to play or be sent down to play plain and simple.

0-29 with 19 K. Geez.

Do some work in the cage when not working on your pitching. Pitchers are known to be an automatic out, but you at least have to make the defense make a play.
