PS--Just started following the game so I missed the Flowers attempted steal. One of two explanations: (1) Snitker thought it was Richmond Flowers (look it up) on second base, or (2) Snitker knows Swanson can hit with runners in scoring position. He wants to figure out if Swanson can hit with the bases empty.
