I hope we don't trade some of these young pitchers away yet...they have a lot of promise. I realize some won't make it, but sure is scary to trade the wrong ones at this point.

We could start the year with a combo of Julio, Folty, Newk, Sims, Gohora, Fried...by the middle of the season we could trade any of those that struggle out with Soroka, Alard, Wright, or maybe even Touki. I say let the young guys pitch and don't worry about giving away big assets on a vet.

From scouting the box scores he seems like he could be a cheap back up catcher as soon as next yr.

His defense is supppsed to be decent right?

I had feeling he could fill that backup role too. At least for awhile.
