GDT: 9/10: Miami Marlins (68-74) vs. Atlanta Braves (63-78)

This would be a good time to PH Swanson for Ruiz.

If they are going to plug Camargo all over the infield, this is the type of move they need to be ready to make in order to take advantage of Camargo's versatility.

Atlanta is where base stealers go to die

This is infuriating to me. We have a number of capable baserunners with Ender, Albies, and Dansby. The only guy we ever run with is Lane Adams. That's a huge critique of Snit as a manager is he assigns roles to players and those players must carry out activities associated with that role. Bobby and Fredi were both like that and it drove me nuts.

I wouldn't mind seeing Lane Adams everyday in a corner OF spot.

He will probably suck but run into about 15 homers a season while playing good defense.

I wouldn't be surprised if next year's bench featured the Adams Family. Which one is Gomez and which one is Pugsley?

All of the kids did very well today. It's good to see wins, but at this point, they are only hurting the future win by win. Right now, the Braves are just a Padres loss from being in the 9th draft position and only 2 games out of the 11th spot.

The trade off is well worth it if it means the young players perform well. God knows we could use a young player or two to finally break out.

I agree. We have tons of prospects. It's time for prospects to start turning into players
