GDT: July 10th, 2013 - Braves @ Marlins - Chris hitting 5th - Pastor SS

To me the difference between Fredi and Bobby is Bobby wanted to win every game, but if he didn't he took it in stride. Fredi seems to hope to win every game. No fire, no passion, no sense of urgency at any time of a game. If they lose he feels the other team won the game not that the Braves lost it. Don't know if that makes sense.
I agree. But I believe that goes back to Bobby Cox. I hate hearing how every game is "just another game."

Is this where we just tip our cap to Miami? :tchop:

No, Fredi did not manage that game to win. From the start it was just another game and if we lose, so be it. Not playing Simmons and Mac in the same game is more less asking for a loss, especially with Paul pitching.

Fredi needs to take a page out of Bobby's book and start getting ejected.

He should've chewed out the umpire for letting him keep Maholm out there and the umpire not throwing out Maholm for sucking.

i think what this tells us we need some posts to have more diversity. for example, don't post and complain JUST about fredi, throw in a maholm complaint as well. these two complaints should be taking up roughly 60% of these threads.

I have doubts if Fredi even loves baseball.
