It's worth pointing out that the guy in the infamous video is, as I wrote, not the most egregiously unqualified candidate. The only reason Kennedy bodied him was because Kennedy was making a point about that court pick not have been "awarded" to his state.

Surely - Basically it had to be reforecasted because all the assumptions were on the low side of the actual data. Everything is surpassing expectation right now.

By not pressing Congress to fund CHIP
By killing the individual mandate, which will cause premiums to rise ~10%
That's just, like, this month.
These jobs that are being generated are going to significantly reduce the burden that Obamacare will have to obligated to. That is part of the equation here.
