I would think you would support it, but then youd have to potentially support a Trump initiative... That's a tough line for you to balance

Speaking of the state of the union speech. When the guy giving the rebuttal tries to pretend he is on some moral high ground and cares about peoples lives remember that he voted to imprison dying cancer patients who use prescribed medical marijuana, voted 3 times against allowing veterans access to medical marijuana, and voted to have children put in foster care and parents charged with felonies if they treat their kids seizures with CBD oil. So dont let this guy piss on your leg and tell you its raining. He is as much a heartless bastard as he will try to portray Trump as. I wish I believed in hell so I could know people like him are going there.

Yes, like I said, he didn't claim it in the book.
He said he couldn't verify the rumor so didn't say it more plainly. He should not have gone there in the interviews. There's plenty other meat to focus on.
FWIW, I thought the Grammy swipe at Trump using Fire and Fury was over the line and in poor taste, including Hillary's appearance in it.

I’m confused. Who’s saying that he did claim it in the book?
He used a passage from the book to make his claim, which came (on national TV) after the book was published. Why the claim didn’t surface in the book wasn’t an issue of veracity - the affair is something he is “absolutely sure of”... rather it’s proof that stands as the missing ingredient (although that didn’t stop him on any of the other pages.)
