Is this assumed to have been her own decision? Will Trump try and talk her out of it?

Will she be talking to Mueller? Team Trump might want to keep her locked away in the West Wing than out talking on her own.
 
I love the idea of Trump taking the guns away after the GOP sold their souls for this moron to lead the country.

Here's the funny thing, I actually don't think we should ban all guns. It would not impact me in one bit if they did though. Also I wouldn't applaud, I'd be too busy on the floor laughing my ass off though if he did.

I'd prefer an assault weapon ban (among other things increased funding for mental health, metal detectors in schools for instance).

Aren't assault weapons already banned?

And we're gonna turn our schools into airports now?

Over 2-5 incidents a year?
 
I hope we've seen enough by now not to get too exercised by Trump extemporizing in a way that deviates from Republican orthodoxy. He did the same thing on health care and, to an extent, on immigration. It's all empty words til he delivers some votes. The next time will be the first.

By giving lip service to more mainstream views he helps run out of the clock until the Reps do whatever they want.

Schools in my county have installed fences around the perimeter and metal detectors in the front office since the last decade now. Kind of sad.
 
Trump keeps his promise by imposing tarrifs

Not sure why y'all doubt him. He's following through on both his good and dumb ideas
