Gomez gave up 4(4 ERs) runs in 2 IP, 4 hits, 0 BBs, 0 Ks, 1 HR

Graham followed suite giving up 3 runs(3 ERs) on 3 hits, 1 BBs, 1 K, 1 HR, in 7th. 11-5 Jays
 
It's pretty obvious Acuna is the best OFer on the roster. He won't be in AAA long enough to unpack.

Gomez got lit up. Wonder if he's dealing with some late ST dead arm. He probably should not be asked to go more than 1 inning.

Is it ok to promote him in May 2018 or would it be more optimal to wait until May 2019 when we might be contending again?
 
I'm not sure why Gomez went two innings today when he wasn't looking his best in his first inning of work. But either way I hope this one bad outing doesn't keep him off the roster despite what it did to his ST numbers. I like his potential and hope we keep him.
